Yesterday, I made the templates for the front speakers. (Templates!? Read about them here.) The speakers are mounted on the templates, the right speaker is installed. However, no wires are run yet, so I'm going to wait on the left door until I can do the wires and amp. After that, the rear speakers go in. I just got my digital camera back, so I'll take pics some time today.
There's a chance I'm going to sell the S13 for another car. If I had my way, I'd keep the S13 AND get a 3rd car, but I can't. The new car is RWD, old skool cool, and drifty. Bt I'll still be sad to see the S13 go. We'll see how that turns out...

Not a whole lot going on lately.
During Anime Expo, I took a quick trip over to Super Autobacs. While I was there, I got new Broadway mirrors - A convex 27omm and a wide angle blindspot mirror. The old ones are going back in the AE86 soon. I also got a Razo cup and cell phone holder. It's way cool, but doesn't latch on very securely. The S13 just has really thick AC vent vanes, so the hooks that secure the holder to the vent doesn't quite make a secure latch onto the AC vanes. Oh well, I'll figure out something to make it work.
I've been slowly figuring out a way to make a headlight replacement kit. I finally sourced an affordable set of headlights that will fit. I know how I need to make the housing. The only thing left really is to experiment with some Lexan for the covers. We'll see how that goes...
